In the case, if you are unsatisfied, contact us through e-mail and send us back your order in unused original condition within 7 days after the product received. Return needs to be mail out within 10days after product delivered to you, otherwise the return will not be accepted. Make sure to E-mail us for the correct return shipping address. Once we receive the product and everything is good, we will refund the full order minus original shipping fees. The return shipping cost is your responsibility. 10% restocking fees apply for return on items that don't fit or you no longer want it. Processing time within 14days after item returned.
Please note that all antique textiles are final sale and non-refundable or exchange due to its rarity.
