In the case of lost, damage to goods or other issues with your order, please contact us and we can find a solution. Your feedback is very important to us and we want our customers to be happy. I believe no problems can't be solved.
In the case, if you are unsatisfied, contact us and send us back your order in unused original condition within 7 days after the product received. Once we receive the product and everything is good, we will refund the full order minus original shipping fees. The return shipping cost is your responsibility. 10% restocking fees might apply for return on items that don't fit or you no longer want it. Restocking fees are waived if the product received isn't what you ordered.
Please note that all antique textiles are final sale and non-refundable or exchange due to its rarity.
Gift Cards have no expiry date and is non-refundable.
