FAQ.

If you have any questions & concerns, you can contact us at info@siamurai.com. Please check all measurements, colour and delivery note carefully. If anything is unclear to you, feel free to ask.

In the case of lost, damage to goods or other issues with your order, please contact us and we can find a solution.  Your feedback is very important to us and we want our customers to be happy. I believe no problems can't be solved.

Return Policy.
In the case, if you are unsatisfied, contact us through e-mail and send us back your order in unused original condition within 7 days after the product received.  Return needs to be mail out within 10days after product delivered to you, otherwise the return will not be accepted. Make sure to E-mail us for the correct return shipping address. Once we receive the product and everything is good, we will refund the full order minus original shipping fees. The return shipping cost is your responsibility.  15-20% restocking fees apply for return on items that don't fit or you no longer want it.  Processing time within 14days after item returned.

Also, make sure return items are in brand new condition, have never been worn outside, haven't been washed, folded nicely, and are free of human & pet hair.  Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

 Please note that all antique textiles are final sale and non-refundable or exchange due to its rarity.

Gift Cards have no expiry date and is non-refundable.

Shipping Policy,

We ship worldwide within 3-5 business days after payment has been cleared. We ship by Canada Post.

You are responsible for the customs fees and import duties when the package arrive at your country. We don't have control over customs charges and customs delay. Trust me when the package is hold at customs, we are as unhappy as you are.

Please provide the most updated full address on account. Your shipping address MUST match your Paypal address (if paid by Paypal). Shipment return as undelivered can be reship at buyer's expense or refunded minus shipping cost. 

If you don't receive your order within 70 days, please contact me asap.
